Zoltán Gyenge practices as a patent attorney in the field of electrical, computer and information technologies with a focus on computer-implemented inventions (software patents). His areas of expertise include system control, computer-aided surgery and diagnostic systems, as well as technical applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity and blockchain technologies.
Mr. Zoltán Gyenge studied computer science, his diploma thesis studying hybrid web service architectures. After completing his studies, he joined an intellectual property law firm in the greater Zürich area, qualifying as a professional representative before the European Patent Office in 2011. Subsequently, Zoltán Gyenge worked in the patent department of a Swiss medical diagnostic company as in-house patent counsel and subject-matter expert on computer implemented inventions. He joined RENTSCH PARTNER in January 2020.
