Andreas Schäfers works as an associate with a focus on mechanical and electrical Engineering.

Andreas Schäfers studied mechanical engineering at the HTWG Konstanz and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation. Along with his thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart he pursued a postgraduate degree as a European and International welding engineer. After his Masters degree in operations management at the University of Manchester he went into industry as an IT consultant for a large international consulting firm in the field of Big Data and Advanced Analytics. Andreas Schäfers joined RENTSCH PARTNER in June 2020.
