Today creations, which are not in the center of the traditional field of art and culture, also benefit from copyright protection. Both, design of technical kind and advertising diagrams are protected, as well as scientific texts or computer programs. Today the copyright system has reached a stage, which is characterized by the growing extension to trivial, banal and "inartistic" creations. The opinion that copyright should not be related to art and culture any longer, seems to encourage the willingness to let the copyright become more and more the instrument of commercial interests only. Hereby, the subtile historically grown balancing of interests might apparently get out of sight.
